Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located, just a short walk to Hell Valley, which is a bonus. The rooms, though traditional, felt a bit dated for a 4-star hotel and were quite small for our group. On the positive side, the staff was very efficient and eager to help, even if there were some language barriers. The dining experience, however, was less than satisfying; I was disappointed by the food quality. Overall, it’s decent for the location but could use some improvements in room size and dining.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near many attractions. The rooms were quite spacious, but they did smell a bit stuffy and felt somewhat outdated for a 4-star hotel. The service was efficient, but there were some communication issues, particularly with misinformed staff regarding airport transport. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
I had a good stay at the hotel. The location is fabulous and convenient, within walking distance to attractions like Hell Valley. The staff was friendly and helpful, though I did receive some incorrect information about bus transport to the airport. The rooms were clean but a bit cramped for five people. Overall, it’s a decent option for the price, but it's not ideal if you're looking for a spacious setup.
The hotel is situated in a prime area, very close to Hell Valley and other hot springs. The rooms were a bit small and older than I expected for a 4-star establishment, which was a letdown. While the staff was friendly, service did have some hiccups, especially when it came to communication. The dining options were excellent, with a wide selection of seafood, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, the hotel is decent but could use some improvements in service consistency and room quality.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, with some highlights being the spacious location and friendly staff. However, the rooms looked a bit tired and could use some refreshing. While I enjoyed the amenities, I felt the dining options had room for improvement. Overall, it was a good value for money, especially with the access to nearby attractions.
